We hope you love what you ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.

Return and exchange period
You can apply for a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you have any return requests, please contact our support team before you return a product. We will provide you with a detailed return address. We have multiple warehouses and addresses in the United States, China, and Europe, so we need to automatically match the warehouse for returns based on your purchase address.
If your return or exchange request is accepted, we will send you a return-permission email. We have warehouses at multiple addresses in multiple countries, and we will provide you with a return address based on the actual situation. We do not support return shipping labels at this time. We do not accept items returned without a return request.

Please note that the return shipping costs in the following situations shall be borne by the consumer!
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. The reasons caused by the consumer include the following:
- 1. The customer personally thinks the product does not meet expectations.
- 2. The customer personally thinks the size is too small or too large.
- 3. The customer personally thinks the color does not meet expectations.
- 4. The customer wants to return the product for personal reasons, such as a change of mind or no longer needing the product.
- 5. The customer ordered the wrong item or the wrong quantity.
- 6. The customer did not read the product description thoroughly and was surprised by features or specifications.
I did not receive the item, but I want to make a return, what should I do?
1. If items did not ship, we will return the full money to you.
* Except for the US and EU. If you are from the US or EU and want a refund, a cancellation fee of $2 will be charged.
2. If items have shipped, only 30% of the product fee (not including shipping cost) will be refunded and there is no need to send the item back after receipt.
Can I still return items if they are worn, or damaged?
1. Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Items marked non-returnable and free gifts cannot be returned.
3. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a video of the item so that we can check if it is not damaged/defective.
Why did you receive only partial refunds?
1. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
2. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
3. Any item that is returned due to your refusal will only be refunded 30% of the cost of the product (excluding shipping).
How will I get my refund?
1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (only product money is refundable).
2. Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
